Wm. Preston Billig, O.D.

Dr. Billig is a 1983 graduate of The University of Tampa. He received his doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1987. Following his internships at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and the Orlando Naval Hospital, he began practicing in Tampa.

The doctors' professional and social affiliations include the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, Hillsborough Society of Optometrists and First Presbyterian Church. Dr. Dahlberg is also an active member of the Greater Brandon Junior Women's Club and the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce. Drs. Billig and Dahlberg are married and live in South Tampa with their three children: Morgan, Haley and Ian.

 Debra J. Dahlberg, O.D.

Dr. Dahlberg has been practicing in Brandon for thirteen years. She opened the doors to OPTICS SOHO in 1997 and her practice continues to grow through patient referrals many of which are for her expertise in difficult-to-fit contact lens patients, especially bifocals.

Dr. Dahlberg graduated from the University of Florida. She continued her education at the University of Houston where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree.
